Return Policy

At LactiBee, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in acceptable condition. If the product is working fine and meets our return criteria, your amount will be refunded as a voucher. If the product does not meet our standards, the return will be rejected.
