WHERE DO WE SHIP?

LactiBee ships all over Pakistan.

Shipping & Processing

• All orders are processed the same day if placed before 4 PM PST, except on weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the following business day.
• Delivery time to Karachi is approximately 2 – 3 business days. For remaining cities, delivery time is approximately 3 – 7 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Free Standard Shipping: All orders of RS 10,000 or more qualify for free shipping.
• Orders less than RS 10,000 will incur a flat delivery charge of RS 200.

Delivery Issues

• Please contact the carrier for updates or questions regarding your delivery.
• LactiBee cannot be held responsible for missing or stolen packages once the carrier has labeled them “Delivered.”
• Any damaged or missing items upon arrival must be photographed immediately as proof, including the receipt, and reported within 24 hours of delivery. No requests for replacement or refund can be reviewed or approved without photo evidence. A product may need to be returned at the customer’s expense to complete the review.

Shipping Holidays

LactiBee will be closed on all nationwide public holidays and weekends. Shipments will resume on the next business day.

Payment Policy

• We accept bank transfer and cash on delivery.
• You will only be billed for the total amount as per the invoice. Remaining charges are consistent with bank charges implied by your local bank. Please contact your bank for further details.

We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order is delivered safely. If products are unavailable for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will notify you. We will not charge you for these products and will refund any amounts already paid (if any) by way of bank transfer.
